The Northern California Concierge Association is a non-profit professional organization of hotel-employed concierges. With over fifty of the top hotels, resorts, and country inns in Northern California represented, and a membership of over one hundred and fifty concierges, we cover some of the finest destinations in the world. While the majority of our membership is based in San Francisco, our membership coverage extends north into Napa and Sonoma Wine Country, east to Yosemite National Park, and south to the Monterey Peninsula and Carmel-by-the-Sea.
The goal of our association is to support hotel-employed concierges as they help visitors to Northern California enjoy the area's many beautiful attractions.
