Job Description:
•Access all function of computer system
•Answer all telephone calls within three rings clearly, using the Ritz-Carlton Standards of Telephone Etiquette.
•Ensure key handling and control procedures at all times.
•Ensure that everyone is greeted with the Ritz-Carlton Three Steps of Services.
•Ensure that he lobby and work area are neat, organized and secure.
•Ensure that the post is not left unmanned at any time.
•Handle and resolve all resident complaints, fill out the Incident form for Management and record it in the daily logbook. 
•Handle resident inquires and coordinate requests for services.
•Maintain all logs and documentation pertaining to residents, guests, and vendors.
•Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all Residence, Hotel and Residential policies and procedures.
•Maintain complete knowledge of all residential functions and/or services
•Maintain focus on security systems, including monitors and alarms, and take prompt action in an event of a security problem.
•Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, lobby and storage room.
•Maintain thorough knowledge of all neighborhood activities, restaurants, entertainment venues and houses of worship.
•Receive, accept, deliver and document all incoming package for residents.
•Supervise all activities in and around the lobby per house rules.
•Transition information and records efficiently at the beginning and end of a shift.


Requirements:
•Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

We are seeking professionals with an outstanding service attitude for the following positions:

Concierge

Facilitate and maintain any and all requests and requirements of our homeowners. This includes scheduling leisure activities, but also includes coordinating access to homes for guests and vendors, as well as assisting in the daily requirements of their lifestyle and upkeep of heir homes. Offer assistance and/or information to homeowners regarding the hotel and its facilities and the surrounding area with its restaurants and attractions. Answer questions and make arrangements for dining, entertainment, travel, recreation, health and beauty and other services. Maintain accurate records of all arrangements made. Must have excellent knowledge of San Francisco offerings and surrounding areas. Must be able to build relationships with a discerning clientele. Maintain current information and materials about the hotel and a current resume book related to special events in the hotel and city. The ability to maintain a professional and concerned presence during periods of intense activity is important for success in this position. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer savvy. A minimum of two years previous experience in a high end, luxury residential environment needed. High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Multi-lingual skills helpful.
